I am a 78-year-old retired man. I began my artist quest when I was thirteen years old by sending in my artist’s test from a “Draw Me” magazine advertisement. Of course, I didn’t win and my parents paid for the course. I continued to pursue art off and on through the years. A marriage at nineteen to a girl I met in college interrupted my degree pursuit. At 46-years-old I had the opportunity to return to college where I received a degree in Art Education. Teaching in public school and I was a very poor match.
